Lovable Labels Review & Giveaway!

First off a little about the Company:
Lovable Labels started out when a mother realized that there was a need for labels when she had to label everything her child owned for childcare, she saw a need for labels that were tough and durable that could stand the everyday use of a child (and we know how rough children can be on stuff!) And in 2003 Lovable Labels was launched! Bringing personalized durable labels and tags that are not only tough enough to stand up to the wear and tear of a child but are also waterproof, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, sun, bleach, sunscreen, and temperature safe!

 My Views:
Love these things! They're so cute and easy to use. They go on just about anything too! When I first got my labels I was having a hard time trying to figure out what all to put them on because I wanted to stick them on everything! And seeing as my daughter has a TON of stuff that generally stays in our house, this wasn't the best idea, so I decided to just stick with putting them on stuff that tends to go with her when she goes to grandmas house, since she runs a day care and stuff tends to disappear when it goes over there. When I received my friendship pack, I got 3 different kinds that are perfect for just about anything and totally cute!
The pack included: 30 Pink Sticker Labels (I got to choose the color and the little frog on them!) 80 Slimline Labels in purple, green, pink and light purple & 10 Fun Stickers in pink!

I also loved that when I received my pack, I got little I <3 Blogging stickers too :D

A few things I added them to were her little golden books, the Slimline were the PERFECT size to fit in the little space where your supposed to put their name!

And I also added the regular size and heart shaped (fun) ones to her sippy cups! Since we (my mother and I) both have the same cups, it kind of makes it hard to figure out who's is who's when we pick her up - and after I put this one on my mother decided to tell me it was actually her cup I put it on...oops! It's mine now!

I love that they don't wear off and are waterproof! It makes it so much easier on everyone knowing which toys or sippy cups are hers! I have a feeling that we will be using Lovable Labels a lot more come time for pre-school and kindergarten! I can't wait to order little shoe stickers and start labeling all her books and pens and all the other school supplies!

And Lovable Labels doesn't just make these multi-purpose labels! They also make Shoe Stickers, Clothing Labels, Bag Tags, Allergy and Safety Labels, Household Labels & Stationary!
They also do fundraiser, agent, camp labeling, love bug, & blogger outreach programs & online parties!

Now that I've told you about these awesome labels, don't you want some???!!! Well, you have 2 options! You can go to Lovable Label's website and order anything your little heart desires! OR you can enter below to win the friendship pack they have asked me to give away!

HOT HOT HOT Diaper deal at Babies R Us!

Babies R Us has a HOT deal going on! When you buy 2 boxes of Babies R Us brand Diapers (72ct or higher) and 1 Box Babies R Us brand wipes (432ct or higher) you get a $20 Toys R Us Gift Card! Check out the deal a friend and I both got!

2 Boxes Babies R Us Baby Blues Diapers $16.99 a box
1 Box unscented Babies R Us baby wipes $9.99

The register took $10 for buying a box of diapers and a box of wipes (most likely the same deal I mentioned here is still working! I don't know how much longer it is going to work though)
Total = $33.97
Plus the diapers were on sale for $12, but I'm seeing only one discount for $4.99 so basically I paid $12 for one box and $16.99 for the second.

So final price: $10.65 for 164 diapers and 432 wipes!

House Party is an awesome site were you can sign up to host product parties in your home, they send you the goodies (including coupons!) and all your required to do is host the party on the specified dates and post pictures on their site, simple! Very delayed post from last weeks Wal-Mart, Walgreens and Target trip!

I forgot to post this last week because I was so busy so I'm just now getting to it! so here we go:

Wal-Mart:
A few things that weren't originally on my list: Oatmeal cream pies, bananas, french bread, milk -  $6.37
10 Packs of Slim Fast, asst flavors - used 4 Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupons (I had 5, she told me she took the $4.50 off but as I looked over my receipt, she didn't) and price matched at 2/$9 so for all these I paid $27, should have been $22.50, but I decided to let it go, originally $45 worth!
2 Mom's Best Oatmeal $1.28 ea - used $1/2 printable = $1.56 or $0.78 ea
2 Parent's Choice Formula (great donation item!) $12.88 - $5/1 printable previously on Coupons.com = $15.76 or $7.88 ea
Beech Nut Goodies Fruit Nibbles $2.54 - used $1/1 printable = $1.54 - there were other products for cheaper, but the coupon I printed stated fruit nibbles so I decided to be safe and go with these.
2 Eco Tools mini sponges $0.25 - used $1/1 that was previously on Coupons.com

Total before coupons for Wal-Mart - $82.73, after coupons - 50.73

Target:
Let it be known that I will NEVER step foot in the Belden Village Target EVER again, I was told directly from the manager that she is trying to STOP people from using coupons in HER store.

Trip 1: (Belden Village)
I got charged for an Up& Up Scrub Sponge that I never purchased - $0.99
3 Boxes of Mac n Cheese - $0.84 - used $1/1 Target Coupon that was previously available = FREE
2 Aquafresh Extreme Clean travel sz $0.97 - used 2 $1/1 printables = FREE
3 Reach Floss $0.97 - used 3 $1/1 printables previously available on coupons.com - note, there seemed to be a problem taking these, I didn't understand why but after them talking about it for like 5 min they finally decided they were fine. = FREE
Reynolds slow cooker liner $1.97 - used $1/1 printable = $0.97
Market Pantry Pasta and Sauce $1 ea - used $1/2 Target Coupon = $1 for both
3 Johnsons Body washes - 2 Head to toe and 1 Bedtime, they were all marked $4.99, but I failed to see (in my irritated state) that they charged me $7.44 for the bedtime even though it was clearly marked $4.99, I was told that it was put in the wrong place and since it was MY mistake it was stocked in the wrong place, there was nothing they would do about it. So for all this it was  $17.42 - used 3 $1/1 coupons from the 1/8 SS and got a $5 Gift Card bringing my horrible total down to $12.42 for these :/

Total before coupons - 29.75 after coupons and gift card - $12.89
And I contacted Target about this LAST WEEK, I have yet to even get a reply.

Target trip 2 ( Massillon)

I decided to stop at the other Target on my way home from Wal-Mart, I was told to contact corporate and that I shouldn't have been treated like that, too bad corporate doesn't even care enough to contact me back!

3 Market Pantry Mac n Cheese - $0.64 (notice a price difference???!) used 3 $1/1 Target coupons that were previously available = FREE
Bic White Out $1.02 - used $1/1 from 1/8 SS = $0.02
8 Eveready Batteries $1ea - used $1/1 any Energizer BRAND batteries (Eveready states CLEARLY on the back that they are an Energizer brand, another coupon turned down at Belden Village) = FREE

Total before coupons - $10.94  after coupons - $0.54

Walgreens trip:

Bic Multi-Purpose Stick Lighter $3 - used $2/1 coupon from January All You magazine
2 Rayovac hearing aid batteries $9.99 and Buy 1 Get 1 FREE - used 2 $3/1 printables
Breathe Right Strips $6.49 - used FREE coupon from last weeks Tylenol deal
Taffy $0.10 (needed for overage)

Total before coupons - $19.58 - after $5.64 - used $5 RR and paid $0.64 out of pocket

Grand total for the day: Before coupons - $143 after coupons and gift cards/rewards - $64.80 - should have been lower but its looking like I'll never get my money back from Target.

Today's small Target trip - Method dish soap for 54 cents!

Today's Target trip was small, only because I was shopping for my mom and she ended up with all of the good deals for the day! Got her total from $120 down to $78 and that was including $41 worth of stuff I wasn't planning on getting (darn dollar spot!) A couple of things to mention that I found GREAT prices on were the Up & Up brand paper towels single rolls priced at $0.99, use the $1 off coupon found here on the Target site and it makes them FREE! Also the Market Pantry frozen vegetables, priced much lower than I first though! Only $0.99 a bag and there is a $1 off 4 on the Target site making them only $0.74 each! AND keep an eye out for Method Dish soap on clearance! I found some 18oz bottles on clearance for $2.54, stack the $1 off one Method Product Target coupon with the $1 off Method Dish soap coupon found in the 1/8 SS and you can get it for $0.54!

Anyways on to what I got today:

Like I said - SMALL trip! Buut it was still good :)

Up & Up Printer Paper $3.14 - used the $1 off any Up & Up item priced $3 or more found here
Found these awesome little file holders on the dollar spot! $1
3 Oral-B Floss $0.97 - used 3 $1/1 coupons from the 1/1 P&G
Band Aid travel size $0.97 - used the $1/1 printable
Reynolds slow cooker liners $1.97 - used the $1/1 printable
Method Dish soap - on clearance for $2.54 - used the $1/1 Target coupon and the $1/1 method dish soap coupon from the 1/8 SS

Final Price for all - $5.16
Used my $5 Gift Card from last week for a total of $0.16 out of (my mothers) pocket :)

Winner! Winner!

Congrats to the Winner of the Large Envelope FULL of coupons...Entry #2 Shelley Leglise!  Don't forget to enter my other giveaway for the Cook'n Recipe Organizer! A $79.99 value FREE :) And I will be posting more giveaways very soon!

Should I do a coupons 101?

Want some input here, I know a lot of people that are starting to find me are a little more at the beginners side of couponing and may not understand all the "coupon lingo" I tend to post, does anyone want me to do like weekly posts on how to coupon effectively? I need as much input as I possibly can on this! Should I do a couponing 101 post each week? Should I do posts on coupon storage methods? What stores do you want to learn more about? What do you want to see more of on my blog?

Little late night shopping!

Ok I was sooo tired last night after getting home from Giant Eagle and I didn't take a pic, but I wanted to tell you about a few deals, I wouldn't have went last night but I had $7 expiring and to me, $7 is a lot of money! So here's the rundown of what I got:

Not on my list when I got there but, whenever hubby goes along, we always end up with extras in our cart :)
eggs, bread and ice cream - $6.39

2 Land o Lakes margarine - on sale for 2/$3
2 Bob Evans Express Pre-Cooked Sausage links - os for $1.99
6 Campbells Soup at hand - os for $1
4 Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta - os for $1
4 Herbal essences shampoo/conditioner - os for $2
2 Tampax Pearl - os for $4

Final Price -  $63.62 before sale prices, after $39.37
Used 2 $0.50/1 Land o Lakes coupons, 2 $0.55/1 Bob evans coupons, 3 $0.50/2 Campbells coupons, 2 $1/2 Barilla Coupons, 4 $1/1 Herbal essences coupons, 2 $2/1 Tampax coupons and the $7 I had to use up - after coupons it brought my total down to $16.09
And when I got the Campbells soup, it printed out not only a $2 catalina, but also another $1.25 making them a $0.25 money maker! I don't know how long it will keep printing it so you may want to act fast on the deal, the Giant Eagle I went to was still quite stocked on the soup at hand and the bowls!

Cook'n Recipe Organizer Review and Giveaway!

If your like me, you have recipes laying around everywhere! Stuff you've tore out of magazines, recipe cards you've accumulated over the years, recipes you have bookmarked on the computer, basically recipe OVERLOAD! Wouldn't you love to have all these recipes in ONE PLACE and have all the paper mess GONE? With the Cook'n Recipe Organizer YOU CAN!

With this program you can add all of your family's favorite recipes, create cookbooks, email recipes, create shopping lists, create menu's, view nutritional information, copy recipes from websites, add your own themes and pictures of dishes you've created and so much more! Honestly, how I lived without this, I will never know! It is so easy to use and the possibilities are endless!

When I first got this program I was a little skeptical about it because I was totally unsure of what it was, I knew it sounded awesome, but usually stuff that sounds too good to be true, usually is, but this...actually is as awesome as it sounds! I have had the Cook'n recipe organizer for about a week now and I am still in awe over everything it does!

One of my biggest problems I have right now is the whole, searching for a new recipe on the internet, then I have to print it out, physically write out the ingredient list to take to the store and come home and read the recipe that I've printed out which generally turns into a hassle because of ALL the paper I use printing all these recipes I want to try out. NOW I can just open this program, search for the recipe I want, hit the little capture button and its added to my cookbook! I can view the ingredient list, nutritional facts and get this....they are currently adding an app to the iPhone, iPad AND android to view/download your recipes and lists right on your phone! No more wasted paper writing out ingredient lists or recipes you may only try once!

In addition to that, the software comes pre-loaded with a cookbook and there are TONS more cookbooks available on the Cook'n website!

Right now I am working on my cookbook of recipes we generally make, creating menus and shopping lists, and adding pictures of some of my awesome recipes, wouldn't you like to do the same?! Guess what! One of you lucky readers can! I've been selected to review the Cook'n Recipe Organizer AND do a giveaway! To enter to win this amazing prize (valued at $79.99) all you have to do is complete the mandatory entries below (the ones that come up first) and once you complete them, the optional entries will come up for you to do, you do not have to complete the optional ones, but they are there if you want to get some extra entries! The giveaway will run from Friday, January 21st 12:01AM to Saturday, February 4th 12:01AM, it is open to everyone 18 and over.

Don't wanna wait for the giveaway?! Good news! I also have a code to get the Cook'n recipe organizer for 50% off! To order, just go to their website here and at checkout enter the code: "mb-ccqueen". Don't forget to check out their other items available!

If you didn't catch this deal the last time, I am reposting it.
Currently at Babies R Us they are running a deal where you buy any Babies R Us brand diapers 72 ct or larger and any Babies R Us brand wipes 432 ct or larger, get $10 off.
They did have $10 value size boxes on their site that applied but unfortunately they are no longer on the site, you may still be able to get this deal in stores:

Buy 1 $10 Value box - 72 ct or higher at $10
buy 1 432ct box wipes $9.99
FP= $19.99
Take off the $10 at checkout
FP= $9.99 for both diapers and wipes!

If you would rather do this deal online, you do have other options. They have the Babies R Us brand Blue Jean Diapers in sizes 3 & 4 that are currently on sale for $15 so it would be a little more expensive but still a good deal.

So much going on!

Your probably wondering where the heck I've been! I know I haven't been posting for a couple of days! The reason for that would be because I have been sooo busy with product reviews, planning a couple giveaways and getting ready for my upcoming shows and my party next weekend! Needless to say, I'm swamped! I went shopping Sunday and wanted to post all the great deals I got and STILL haven't even put them all away yet! Yes they are still sitting on my table! So since I have one night off - until my child wakes up from her very very late nap, I will be looking and posting deals for you! And I also have Hometown Markets Coupon Policy to post directly from the Store President! AND I have a GREAT giveaway starting at midnight tonight and another one ending in 2 days, another one starting in a couple weeks and a few more reviews that I need to get to work on! Ok enough rambling, off I go to find some good deals for you!

FIRST EVER GIVEAWAY!

First ever GIVEAWAY! I really just wanted to test this thing out before I do a bigger giveaway! ;)
Up for grabs is a FULL LARGE envelope bursting with coupons! All from my wonderful overloaded binder. Some are high value, some are not but great for  doubling, some I just have no use for! Do as you please with them! The giveaway will run from January 16th 12:01AM to January 23rd 12:01AM, once the winner is chosen you have 24  hours to claim your prize, the winner will be announced on the blog! If I do not hear from the winner within 24 hours I will choose another winner.

Eco-Tools Mini Bath Sponge - $0.75 Money Maker at Wal-Mart

Sooo just went to a few stores, long story short, my day has been a couponers nightmare! BUT the highlight of my day was finding out that Wal-Mart does in fact carry the Eco-Tools products AND the Eco-Tools Mini Bath Sponges were on rollback from $1.00 to......$0.25! I wish I would have been able to print more of the $1 off coupons when they were previously on Coupons.com, but they were only up for a couple of hours and by the time I got home, it was gone! BUT if you go here and sign up for the Eco-Tools email, they will send you a $1 off 2 coupon, still FREE and you can get overage!
If you still have these coupons - GOOD FOR YOU! You can score the deal!
Here's the breakdown so you understand it:

Buy 1 Eco-Tools Mini Bath Sponge $0.25
Use the $1/1 printable that was previously on Coupons.com
Or use the $1/2 by signing up for Eco-Tools emails
Or use the $1/1 from the November All You magazine
FP = As low as FREE+ $0.75 overage (make sure you have something to eat up that overage, since Wal-Mart doesn't do cash back!)

Note: not sure how long Wal-Mart will have these on rollback so you may want to do a price check!

Heads up for a giveaway tomorrow!

After I do all my shopping tomorrow, I wanna test out my new toy - rafflecopter! I'm debating whether I should do 3  or 4 winners for some coupon envelopes or just one winner with a BIG envelope of coupons, any suggestions? Should be posting it probably around 4pm EST and letting it run for a few days to give everyone a chance to enter!

Have you signed up for P&G Brand Sampler????

Hopefully everyone is already signed up for this awesome site! But if not, you need to be! P&G Brand Sampler send out TONS of coupons and samples that you select! Super easy, all you do is go here and sign up, select the samples and coupons you want, if you want all of em, go for it! Submit your mailing info and in 4-6 weeks you will be enjoying all you freebies! Now one thing to note is that you can only do this once every quarter, or every 3 months, which most of the time is not a big deal, they usually start out the quarter with a ton of stuff and slowly dwindle down to just a couple of things left at the end, but just keep track of when you order your stuff that way you don't miss any great freebies when they come available again!

Good News!

As of this Sunday I will start doing Hometown Market Match-ups again! They FINALLY contacted me and gave me a basic coupon policy, I still have more questions about a few things, I will be getting to that later today in another e-mail to them, but here is the basics so far:

Here is Hometown Market's Coupon Policy:
1. Manufacturer's Coupon up to and including 99 cents are doubled when coupon requirements are met.
2. Coupons with face value in excess of 99 cents will be redeemed at face value.
3. Double coupons do not apply to Hometown Market's or other store's coupons.
4. Manufacturer's free coupons or buy-one-get-one coupons are not doubled.
5. When double the value of a manufacturer's coupon exceeds the retail price of the item, the value will be equal to the price of the item.
6. Coupons stating "Not to be doubled or tripled" are redeemed at face value.
7. Limit of three coupons doubled on the same or similar product.

Now as you can see it does not state anything about stacking or what store coupons they accept, these will be addressed in my next e-mail. But hey! I finally got an answer!

Slowly starting to feel better!

I think I'm finally almost over it! Buuut I'm beginning to wonder if its something else like allergies! I was feeling GREAT last night, I could breathe, my head wasn't all congested, I felt better! So I decided to vacuum my very hairy couch, did I mention I have 2 dogs, 1 of which sheds like...I don't even know WHAT to compare her to! Halfway through vacuuming the couch, I couldn't breathe, my head was all congested again, my eyes were on FIRE, I stepped outside for some fresh air to see if that would help - it did. So figuring all this up, I'm really leaning towards allergies more than anything, now comes the fun part of figuring out how to treat it, getting rid of my dogs is NOT an option, not for the neighborhood we live in, if someones coming in my house I wanna know about it! So once again, any suggestions on how to deal with the allergies?

So what did I learn today?

Until I know whats going on I will not be posting Hometown Market Match Ups. The reason for this being, they CANNOT decide whether they are taking Internet Printable coupons, I had 4 or 5 different cashiers, managers, etc. give me 5 different answers as to what their policy is on taking coupons. So until I can find someone that actually knows what the heck I'm talking about and gives me a WRITTEN policy, I will not be posting match ups or using coupons at their store. I have had tooo many problems to let this go and I don't want anyone else having problems when they go there and getting mad at me. Now with that being said, I am off to write a few letters!

HELP!

Ok as most of you know I'm sick...again! Nothing is helping, I freaking took NyQuil last night to help me sleep! Didn't work. And people that know me know I don't like taking stuff like NyQuil because of how groggy it makes me. So does anybody have any home remedies or even suggestions in what meds to take for this horrible cold? The symptoms are the usual, severe head congestion, stuffy nose, sore throat, aches, chills etc... I'm just SO sick of being sick! I want to feel better and be able to clean my house! Nothing I do is helping and I HATE going to Stat Care because oh yeah I might feel better for a bit when they put me on antibiotics, but then I end up catching something else from going there! Anyone got anything for me????

Hometown Market Deals 1/1-1/7

This is the basics of their policy - They do double coupons up to $0.99, there is a limit of 3 like coupons, all coupons must say Manufacturers coupon on them, Printable or Internet coupons are OK as long as they scan, if they don't scan, they will not take them. In order for them to double the coupon, it must NOT say do not double. And that about it!
Note - some of these coupons I DO NOT have any more so please double check that they do not say do not double!

I will only be posting their really good deals from now on, to view the full ad, go here
