I forgot to post this last week because I was so busy so I'm just now getting to it! so here we go:
Wal-Mart:
A few things that weren't originally on my list: Oatmeal cream pies, bananas, french bread, milk - $6.37
10 Packs of Slim Fast, asst flavors - used 4 Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupons (I had 5, she told me she took the $4.50 off but as I looked over my receipt, she didn't) and price matched at 2/$9 so for all these I paid $27, should have been $22.50, but I decided to let it go, originally $45 worth!
2 Mom's Best Oatmeal $1.28 ea - used $1/2 printable = $1.56 or $0.78 ea
2 Parent's Choice Formula (great donation item!) $12.88 - $5/1 printable previously on Coupons.com = $15.76 or $7.88 ea
Beech Nut Goodies Fruit Nibbles $2.54 - used $1/1 printable = $1.54 - there were other products for cheaper, but the coupon I printed stated fruit nibbles so I decided to be safe and go with these.
2 Eco Tools mini sponges $0.25 - used $1/1 that was previously on Coupons.com
Total before coupons for Wal-Mart - $82.73, after coupons - 50.73
Target:
Let it be known that I will NEVER step foot in the Belden Village Target EVER again, I was told directly from the manager that she is trying to STOP people from using coupons in HER store.
Trip 1: (Belden Village)
I got charged for an Up& Up Scrub Sponge that I never purchased - $0.99
3 Boxes of Mac n Cheese - $0.84 - used $1/1 Target Coupon that was previously available = FREE
2 Aquafresh Extreme Clean travel sz $0.97 - used 2 $1/1 printables = FREE
3 Reach Floss $0.97 - used 3 $1/1 printables previously available on coupons.com - note, there seemed to be a problem taking these, I didn't understand why but after them talking about it for like 5 min they finally decided they were fine. = FREE
Reynolds slow cooker liner $1.97 - used $1/1 printable = $0.97
Market Pantry Pasta and Sauce $1 ea - used $1/2 Target Coupon = $1 for both
3 Johnsons Body washes - 2 Head to toe and 1 Bedtime, they were all marked $4.99, but I failed to see (in my irritated state) that they charged me $7.44 for the bedtime even though it was clearly marked $4.99, I was told that it was put in the wrong place and since it was MY mistake it was stocked in the wrong place, there was nothing they would do about it. So for all this it was $17.42 - used 3 $1/1 coupons from the 1/8 SS and got a $5 Gift Card bringing my horrible total down to $12.42 for these :/
Total before coupons - 29.75 after coupons and gift card - $12.89
And I contacted Target about this LAST WEEK, I have yet to even get a reply.
Target trip 2 ( Massillon)
I decided to stop at the other Target on my way home from Wal-Mart, I was told to contact corporate and that I shouldn't have been treated like that, too bad corporate doesn't even care enough to contact me back!
3 Market Pantry Mac n Cheese - $0.64 (notice a price difference???!) used 3 $1/1 Target coupons that were previously available = FREE
Bic White Out $1.02 - used $1/1 from 1/8 SS = $0.02
8 Eveready Batteries $1ea - used $1/1 any Energizer BRAND batteries (Eveready states CLEARLY on the back that they are an Energizer brand, another coupon turned down at Belden Village) = FREE
Total before coupons - $10.94 after coupons - $0.54
Walgreens trip:
Bic Multi-Purpose Stick Lighter $3 - used $2/1 coupon from January All You magazine
2 Rayovac hearing aid batteries $9.99 and Buy 1 Get 1 FREE - used 2 $3/1 printables
Breathe Right Strips $6.49 - used FREE coupon from last weeks Tylenol deal
Taffy $0.10 (needed for overage)
Total before coupons - $19.58 - after $5.64 - used $5 RR and paid $0.64 out of pocket
Grand total for the day: Before coupons - $143 after coupons and gift cards/rewards - $64.80 - should have been lower but its looking like I'll never get my money back from Target.
